Tim is the CEO and association counsel leading the organization's efforts in labor relations, public advocacy and business education & training. Tim serves as a trustee for the pension, annuity and health & welfare plans for many of the construction trades. Additionally he also serves as a Board Member for the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans. Prior to joining CEA in 2010, Tim practiced labor and employment law at Thompson Hine LLP. He received his undergraduate degree cum laude from Wheaton College (IL) and his J.D. cum laude from Duke University.
