Back by popular demand, this half day event will provide young professionals the opportunity to learn, network and grow both personally and professionally. Prepare to hear from industry leaders and experts on a wide range of topics relevant to career growth and development.

This is a CEA Member event.

This event will be held at The Aviator Cleveland, in the Flight Event Space. Participants are invited to also attend the networking social, immediately following this event, creating an opportunity to network with other industry leaders and members.

Nora Loftus

General Counsel / VP, Legal & Risk Management - Shook Construction 

Nora joined Shook Construction as Vice President and General Counsel in 2023 as it continues to grow throughout Ohio, Indiana, and North Carolina focusing on water/wastewater, industrial, healthcare and education. Prior to joining Shook, Nora spent nearly 20 years in private practice immersed in the construction industry representing contractors, owners, designers, suppliers and specialty subcontractors.

With over 25 years of experience in structural steel, Mitch has progressed from being an Ironworker and General Foreman to Vice President of Steel at Industrial First, Inc. His background also spans project management, estimating, and department leadership, and overseeing projects anywhere from 1 - 4,000 tons of steel.
