Associate Vice President - Facilities Planning and Operations
Opportunity to provide strategic and project planning, capital prioritization, and stewardship for Kent State University’s land, building, space and continuously changing portfolio which is comprised of 10 locations, 2,500 acres and 8 million gross square feet.
Bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering, business or relevant field.
Preferred:
- Master’s Degree.
- Three to five years of experience in a hospital or government/public purchasing environment.
Minimum of 10 years progressively responsible experience in the fields of facilities management, building management, or design and planning for large scale projects, including a minimum of five years’ experience in management of a complex physical plant environment that includes design and construction of facilities.
