Compliance Manager

Job Description
Main Areas of Responsibility
The Compliance Manager is responsible for monitoring specific requirements set forth in a project contract, based on the project’s funding sources (i.e. Federal, State, City, HUD and Private). The Compliance Manager is also responsible for the coordination of reporting requirements mandated by various government agencies for Marous Brothers Construction. In addition, the Compliance Manager will identify government reporting regulations affecting the Human Resources function (i.e. Section 3, Fannie Lewis, Davis Bacon, City, CMHA, HUD, etc.).
Additional Areas of Responsibility
Review, track, and generate reports in the Certified Weekly Payroll and Workforce spreadsheets on a daily basis. • Compare and contrast certified payroll reports to the specific jobs and their requirements. • Summarize weekly certified payroll reports into the monthly compliance labor report for MBC self-performed work.
