Information Technology Operations Manager
Job Description
Main Areas of Responsibility
- Responsible for managing requirements gathering, prioritization efforts, scope, cost, schedule, internal staffing and vendors, and contractual deliverables
- Prepares reports for upper management regarding status of projects and operations
- Accountable for managing multiple IT projects impacting multiple divisions
Additional Areas of Responsibility
- Responsible for leading acquisition / technology integration projects involving multiple internal team members and vendors, planning out hardware replacement to system and back office system integrations
- Manages and maintains all relationships with internal helpdesk operations (including but not limited to); ticket management, relationship upkeep, product improvements, building relationships and project management of vendor integrations or upgrades
Other Information/Requirements
- Strong communication and relationship building skills
- Focused and deliberate attention to details
- Strong knowledge of various technologies
- Three or more years of project management experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
