Marketing and Communications Manager
Job Description
Main Areas of Responsibility
Downtown Cleveland Alliance is seeking a highly motivated Marketing and Communications Manager to work with DCA Marketing and PR Director to manage DCA brand and implement brand strategy.
Additional Areas of Responsibility
- Write and develop all DCA content including newsletter content, native advertising content, press releases; talking points and event publications
- Manage content and design process for Quarterly Market Update
- Work with the Marketing Assistant to monitor social media channels
- Review and approve all website content
- Work with PR firm to pitch local and national media on Downtown Cleveland Stories
Other Information/Requirements
• Excellent project management, multi-tasking skills
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work both independently and in teams
• Must be highly organized and detail oriented
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Knowledge of Adobe InDesign is a plus
