Main Areas of Responsibility
Corporate Floors is looking for an Office Administrator to assume the role in February as the role will be vacated in April. Duties include: run and manage day to day office functions, process weekly payroll and accounts payable with the knowledge to oversee accounts receivable and the accounting knowledge to reconcile bank statements and enter general ledger entries.
Additional Areas of Responsibility
Must have PR/AP/AR experience, knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite of products and AIA billing process experience.
Other Information/Requirements
Must have at least 3 years construction office/accounting experience and be a Notary.
