Production Assistant of Business Development
Job Description
Main Areas of Responsibility
- Proposal Development and Production: Work with Senior Manager of Business Development in preparing responses to RFQ’s and RFP’s
- CRM (Customer Relationship Management Software) lead data entry/proposal data mining
- Presentation folder assembly
- Proposal delivery
- Work with the Manager of Marketing and Communications to develop and maintain marketing materials
Additional Areas of Responsibility
- Assist in updating social media accounts
- Career fair and trade show supply coordination which includes preparation and ordering of materials and
- signage/displays
- Award submittals
- Advance industry knowledge through participating in educational opportunities and professional industry organizations
Other Information/Requirements
- Bachelor or Associate Degree in Marketing, Communication or a related area (may be substituted with substantial work experience in the commercial Construction or A&E industry)
- 1-2 years’ experience in the building design and construction industry is preferred
- Excellent communication skills including conflict resolution, training, teaching and presenting
- Highly organized, self-motivated and detail oriented
- Experience with State and Federal A/E qualification forms is a plus
