Job Description
Main Areas of Responsibility
Responsible for project management and client communications for multiple capital and locally funded projects which may involve multiple disciplines i.e. engineering, architecture, landscape and interior design. Project management includes project design, estimating, scheduling, bidding, and construction oversight. Presents project and design concepts outlining facility space and room requirements, spatial relationships and utility requirements to various university stakeholders, city and state officials.
Additional Areas of Responsibility
Provides construction oversight by monitoring progress, resolving day-to-day construction issues, ensuring compliance with construction documents, and processing contracts, pay applications, change orders, etc. Performs other functionally related duties as assigned
