Job Description
Main Areas of Responsibility
- Supervision of Service Technicians
- Interface with Customers & Technicians
- Front Line Management of meeting customer requirements
- Coordinate the repair, maintenance, & replacement of material and tools for jobs
- Assist in Providing Customer Estimates
- Assists with Truck & Van Equipment and Stock
- Perform Van Audits
- Coordinates After Hour Emergency Situations
Additional Areas of Responsibility
Conducts weekly service technician meetings to provide feedback including areas where productivity needs improvement and also provides recognition for outstanding performance.
Establishes and maintains a leadership position within the plumbing industry
Ensures that the team is operating within the guidelines of the company and the business unit while conforming to state and local codes.
