Service Manager - Neptune Plumbing

Job Description
Main Areas of Responsibility
  • Supervision of Service Technicians
  • Interface with Customers & Technicians
  • Front Line Management of meeting customer requirements
  • Coordinate the repair, maintenance, & replacement of material and tools for jobs
  • Assist in Providing Customer Estimates
  • Assists with Truck & Van Equipment and Stock
  • Perform Van Audits
  • Coordinates After Hour Emergency Situations
Additional Areas of Responsibility
  • Conducts weekly service technician meetings to provide feedback including areas where productivity needs improvement and also provides recognition for outstanding performance.

  • Establishes and maintains a leadership position within the plumbing industry

  • Ensures that the team is operating within the guidelines of the company and the business unit while conforming to state and local codes.
