$130 Million Mixed-Use Project Planned for Seven Hills

Bialosky + Partners Architects are currently creating plans for a $130 million project in Seven Hills, Stan Bullard of Crain's Cleveland Business reports. The tentative schedule is to clear the site this fall, with construction starting in 2017.
The new plan drops 600,000 square feet of retail space and 100,000 square feet of office space from a mixed-use center proposed for the 52-acre site on the south side of Rockside Road near Crossview Road."
