The University Heights project containing apartments, commercial space, green space, and a parking garage, has finally begun, Michelle Jarboe of The Plain Dealer reports.
Panzica Construction Co. quickly started moving onto the site, a 2.2-acre parking lot on the north side of Mayfield Road, bookended by Circle Drive and the Greater Cleveland Regional Transit Authority's Little Italy-University Circle Rapid station."
