Government reporter Jay Miller of Crain's Cleveland Business reports of the Charter Steel Plant's $153 million expansion in Cuyahoga Heights.
The county loan is part of a $74.8 million financing package that includes $38 million in Cleveland-Cuyahoga County Port Authority bonds, a $2 million JobsOhio loan and $31 million in New Market Tax Credits."
