CLEVELAND, Ohio – Citing near-full space at the MidTown Tech Park, a local development team is shifting its focus to a second business-park project along the city's Health-Tech Corridor.

Hemingway Development, an arm of the Geis Cos. of Streetsboro, expects to start site work and break ground in the spring for the first cluster of buildings at Link59, a 12-acre campus centered on East 59th Street north of Euclid Avenue.

A conceptual master plan that won approval from two city boards this week shows office buildings, labs, research facilities and a small food market, intended to complement a University Hospitals primary-care clinic for women and children.
