Infection Control Training Requirement
From the Cleveland Clinic's Building & Properties Contractor News:
Cleveland Clinic executed a contract with the Indiana/Kentucky/Ohio Regional Council of Carpenters last year. The contract provides Construction ICRA Best Practices Language for our bidding specifications. The intent is to have a workforce of construction professionals that understand how to protect our patients, visitors, staff, and themselves while active construction is underway in occupied healthcare facilities. View here.
Requirements: All construction carpenters performing work in our health care facilities on the Main Campus (Cleveland) complete a 24-hour Infection Control training and certification program. All other trades and subcontractors performing work on the Main Campus (Cleveland) will be required to complete an 8-hour Infection Control training awareness orientation. There are eligibility requirements that must be met to attend the training. Please contact Mike Bohan with IKORCC directly at [email protected].
Construction On-boarding (Requirements Training & Badge)
