We specialize in Site Development, Demolition, Earthwork, Earth Retention Systems, Concrete Recycling and Utilities.

What is your favorite part of your job and why?

I feel most rewarded when we provide solutions for customers' problems. I love knowing that we are the company they come to for help.

What has been the key to your company's success?

Understanding our customers' needs and then providing services for those needs has been the key to our success.

What important changes/initiatives are you working on right now?

We currently are focusing on providing alternative methods to reduce costs and help establish sustainability practices.

How does your company find and retain talent?

We consistently retain hard working and caring people. We demonstrate an understanding that the principals of the company care and respect all employees.

What advice would you give to someone who is just starting their career in construction?

I would try to explain that it takes a strong work ethic and commitment to be in the trades. If you have that culture, you can be successful and earn a good living.

What CEA initiatives have you been involved in?

We most recently participated in the Habitat for Humanity home, the first all-union build in Greater Cleveland!
