What important changes/initiatives are you working on right now?

We added an outside safety consultant to inspect our projects frequently to make sure our people are working safe.

How does your company find and retain talent?

Call the Carpenter's Union, pay Union wages and benefits, and let our employees know we care about them.

What advice would you give to someone just starting their career in construction?

Work for a Union company.

What CEA initiatives have you been involved with?

I serve on the CEA Board and was active with the CEA Legislative Committee for many years.
