CEA Members are often in the spotlight for their contributions to the industry. This week, Janet H. Cho reports on Warren Roofing & Insulating Co., which recently earned the top spot on The Plain Dealer's list of 100 Top Workplaces for 2016. She describes the reactions of Warren employees to the news:
