Today, U.S. Congressman Donald Norcross and David McKinley – co-founders of the Congressional Building Trades Caucus – introduced the Pre-Apprenticeships To Hardhats (PATH) Act, H.R. 6820, which expands pre-apprenticeship programs for underrepresented populations.
