OFCCP Announces Revisions to the Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability Form and Reminds Federal Contractors and Subcontractors to Incorporate the Revised Form by July 25th

The Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) announced that it has revised the Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability Form (CC-305) to update the preferred language for disabilities and to include additional examples of disabilities. Federal contractors and subcontractors are required to use the Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability Form to provide their employees a voluntary and confidential way to report their disability status. The revised form, including various translated versions, is now available on the OFCCP website. Federal contractors and subcontractors have until July 25, 2023, to implement the new form into their applicant and employee systems and processes.
