A store operated by paint giant Sherwin-Williams will be a key tenant in a new building set to open early next year on Lorain Avenue in Cleveland’s Ohio City neighborhood.

The two-story building, which developers James Asimes and Tommy Hasson call “Harbor 44,” will be 22,000 square feet perched at Lorain Avenue and West 44th Street, part of a stretch of one of the city’s main thoroughfares.

Construction on the new building, which will feature a mix of retail and office space, began October 16 and is set for completion by March.
