Although contractors in Northeast Ohio are optimistic, they also are looking for out-of-town opportunities as large local projects come to a close, a recent Skoda Minotti survey reveals. Stan Bullard of Crain's Cleveland Business reports on the findings:
Skoda Minotti’s survey shows 46% of the construction firms are seeing more opportunities over the next three years in Northeast Ohio, a big drop from 69% in 2015 who saw more opportunities in the region. Those seeing fewer opportunities doubled to 16% this year from 8% a year ago."
