How many years have you worked in the industry? 25+ Years 

What attracted you to the construction industry? I love how an idea is realized through bricks and mortar. The process is very intriguing to me. I never have a dull day! 

What do you enjoy most about your job? I really enjoy the excitement when turning a new space over to a client. 

What advice would you give other women considering the construction industry? Women should not look at Construction and only think that it's dirty or manly. Construction is a great way for women to have an impact on the building environment and utilize their natural multitasking skills. 

What can be done to attract more women to construction? Showing more women in construction in social media can go a long way. Just like magazines or any other articles, when women see other women in images, those activities become new possibilities that may not have been considered. 

What do you like to do in your free time? I love spending time with my family.
