The $230 million Pinecrest development in Orange Village has landed three new tenants.
Joining the mixed-use project at I-271 and Harvard Road are Firebirds Wood Fired Grill, a restaurant specializing in steak and seafood entrées; Restored Cold Press, which serves raw, cold-pressed juices and superfood smoothies; and Vernacular, which sells men's & women's apparel, accessories, gifts and stationery.
“Each of these tenants brings something new and different to the table for Pinecrest,” said Randy Ruttenberg, principal of Pinecrest developer Fairmount Properties, in a news release.
