ABB Inc. may be moving from Wickliffe to Highland Hills, Stan Bullard of Crain's Cleveland Business reports. The Highland Hills Village Council will be considering legislation providing incentives for this project.
Nash said the project also is moving forward because for the first time, Highland Hills has agreed to a joint economic development agreement with the city of Cleveland providing for revenue sharing as well as utilites for the project."
