General Maintenance - Ahuja - Full Time - Evenings
Job Description
Main Areas of Responsibility
Performs tasks not limited to changing light bulbs, replacing ceiling tiles, installing paper dispenser units, changing filters, changing locks on doors, minor decorative maintenance and other tasks not requiring a licensed skilled trades person or journeyman.
Additional Areas of Responsibility
Performs light maintenance service under the guidance of a qualified skilled tradesperson, including plumbing, carpentry, painting and plastering, machine servicing, electrical repairs and installations.
Other Information/Requirements
- High School Equivalent / GED Certifications are encouraged but not required. Minimum 1 year of experience doing generalist work, preferably in a healthcare setting, required.
- Must be able to work evening shift (3p-1130p) or night shift (11p-730a) and rotating weekends
