Job Description
Main Areas of Responsibility
- Utilize scheduling software (e.g., Primavera P6) to assist the Sr. Scheduler in creation, review and/or analysis of CPM schedules for procurement and construction.
- Update schedule logic as directed by the Sr. Scheduler to reflect the most current plans/requirements, including activity remaining, duration and quantities to complete.
- Assist in monitoring the implementation and progress of project schedules to identify and record the impact of work performed and not performed as scheduled.
Additional Areas of Responsibility
- Effectively communicate with management and project managers regarding all schedule/progress related matters and concerns.
- Prepare reports (weekly/monthly) and provide regular schedule updates to the Sr. Scheduler to assist in analysis of changes, delays, claims, etc.
Other Information/Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction or Civil related field (Ex: Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Construction Engineering Technology) preferred or equivalent relevant experience.
- Relevant construction scheduling experience in planning, scheduling, expediting, maintaining and reporting the progress/status of work preferred; field experience and multifamily/apartment project management experience preferred.
- Experience with Primavera Scheduling Software, MS Project, and a working knowledge of MS Office.
- Driver’s License Required
