Turner Construction to Bring Cleveland’s Medical and Convention Center to Completion Three Months Early

Turner Construction attributes its early -- and under budget -- completion of the $465 million Global Center for Health Innovation and Cleveland Convention Center in Ohio to building information modeling and onsite tablets. BIM allowed the firm to plan site logistics and construction schedules and communicate with 300 different firms that had a hand in the project. Use of iPads on the jobsite also let crews check project specs whenever needed.
