Contractors Invited to Coffee to Learn About Historic Tax Credits

Heritage Ohio will be holding free one-hour coffee sessions for local contractors to learn more about using historic tax credits for rehabilitating older commercial buildings.
Heritage Ohio Director Joyce Barrett said the session are broken down into three parts, the national registry, federal tax credits and state tax credits. She said the program isn’t meant to a complete guide, but an overview for contractors interested in these types of projects."
