DiGeronimo Cos. Buying Donley’s Construction Management Business

DiGeronimo Cos. said it’s buying Donley’s construction management business for an undisclosed price.

Cleveland-based DiGeronimo Companies said the Donley company will operate as Donley’s Independence as part of DiGeronimo’s Independence Construction unit.

Dave Boyer, of Bay Village, has been promoted to regional vice president for the Rudolph Libbe Group in northeast Ohio. 

Boyer has worked in the northeast Ohio construction industry for 26 years. In 2004, he joined Rudolph Libbe Group as a project manager. Two years later, he started the company’s Cleveland-area operations, which are now located in North Ridgeville and employ 150 associates.
